Booking

* Make sure that you are entering your correct email + phone number. * Address is emailed shortly after booking your appointment, so please make sure to enter an email address you use. * A NON-REFUNDABLE $30 deposit is required. Failure to do so when booking will result in your appointment being cancelled. Message for E-transfer email on IG * No extra guests / No food at ALL. * Come with CLEAN lashes, free of debris, and no previous lashes. A removal/lash bath add-on will be charged. * Time management is vital. Please be on time. * 10 mins late = $10 late fee * 15 mins late = $20 late fee + cancelled appointment * NO foreign fills. * Cash only. Please bring exact payment as I don't always have change. * Fills must be made between 2–3 weeks and MUST have at least 45% lashes remaining. * Anything over 3.5 weeks will be considered a FULL SET + removal. * Please do not arrive more than 5 minutes earlier to your scheduled appointment time. * Avoid caffeine prior to appointment. * Bring a hair tie. * NO CONTACT LENSES.

Cancellation

* At least 48-hour cancellation notice is required. Anything less will result in a 50% fee of the previous appointment total when rescheduling. * Last-minute cancellation/day of cancellation = full payment required to rebook. * Rescheduling fee = $25. * No shows = banned.
